Do I need to be there for my kid's party?

Yes, we require a legal guardian to be with the group at all times. This applies to all events where people are under the age of 18.

What does the beverage package include?

House tap beer, domestic bottled beer, house wine, cider, soft drink, mineral water and juice.

Can I add extra items for individual's in my group?

Absolutely! You can add extra items per guest or just add an individual item. No worries!

Can I cancel my event?

Yes. You can cancel your event and get a full refund if you provide 21+ days written notice.

If you cancel your event between 8-20 days written notice, you will lose your 50% deposit. 

If you cancel your event between 0-8 days written notice, no refund will be issued.

How much is the deposit?

A 50% deposit is required when booking your function. Our online payment screen defaults to a 50% deposit payment for your function.

The final payment must be made 4 business days prior to your party. Our functions team will get in touch with you to finalise your booking, collect final payment, and confirm guests attending.

Can I postpone an event?

Absolutely! We just need a minimum of 4 business days' notice. Please note you can only postpone an event once, and dates are subject to availability.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

In most cases, yes! Just give us at least 48 hours notice for our kitchen to arrange an alternative.

Unfortunately, Funlab venues can't guarantee that any food items are free from allergens including but not limited to (Gluten, Oat, Barley, Rye, Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soy, Lupin, Coconut, Sesame, Sulphites, Peanut, Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Hazelnut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut, Crustacean, Fish and Mollusc), or be certified as vegan or vegetarian menu items. There is always a risk that allergens or cross-contamination of ingredients may be transferred during transportation, storage or preparation in our kitchens.

How many drinks does 'unlimited' mean?

Two drinks per person per bar visit in the first hour, and one drink per person per bar visit in the second hour.

Can I add extra people to my event?

Extra people are subject to availability. We recommend booking the max number of people to ensure you'll all fit!

When is the final payment due?

The final payment must be made 4 business days prior to your party. Our functions team will get in touch with you to finalise your booking, collect final payment and confirm guests attending.

Can I get a refund for no-shows?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds, but we can give you some free passes to come and enjoy our venues another time!

What's included in the hour of games?

The hour includes unlimited use of the games, excluding prize machines.

Can I redeem prizes with my unlimited arcade games card?

Unfortunately, you cannot accumulate tickets during unlimited arcade games
